Our Story
Columbus Veterans Soccer Club exists to prove that football is for life. We stand for the belief that age does not end a player’s contribution to the game, to their community, or to one another.
Columbus Veterans Soccer Club (CVSC) was founded in 2017 by a group of respected members of the Columbus community who shared one belief: that the love of football should never have an expiry date.
What began as informal weekend matches between friends quickly grew into something far more meaningful a competitive, socially engaging football environment built for experienced players aged 35 and above. From those first kick-arounds emerged a club rooted in brotherhood, wellness, unity, and community support.
Today, CVSC is a proud veterans football organisation where members support one another both on and off the field. We compete with discipline, we celebrate together, and we stand by each other’s families and businesses long after the final whistle. CVSC is not just a team, it is a family.
As we look forward, our story keeps being written by every member who pulls on the CVSC jersey, every volunteer who shows up before kick-off, and every supporter who stands with us on match day.
